We live here in Clarkston, and we had a 30+ yr old ornamental tree that had begun the process of dying, it was necessary to have this huge tree removed. The tree was in the front yard with bushes and flower beds all around as well as a crab apple tree that waw in full bloom. Russ was the salesman that came to determine the job potential and he was a pleasant and professional young man. We settled on an excellent price; much better than the research I had done to figure out what it would cost. We were very grateful. Mitch and his crew were assigned this job. They came in one morning and within a couple hours they had the tree down, all the wood chipped and the yard immaculate, they even raked the flower beds, making sure to get all the fallen limbs and debris. I was amazed at how efficient they were, but also how professional. Communication with me was excellent. Very polite and concerned young man (Mitch) His crew were skilled and polite. It was a Friday, So the stump grinding man did not come until Monday. He just slipped in and did his work, again, very efficiently. And he also raked all the sawdust into a mountain on top of where the stump was, and he ground out all the giant surface roots that were making our lawn a nightmare. I gave this team five stars, but I wished for 10.
